- To help people become productive in life by addressing barriers of dysfunction through the process of rescuing, restoring and rebuilding lives.
Vision:
- A compassion ministry meeting the needs of the community as a practical demonstration of our spiritual commitment and values.
Objective:
- To continually build a systematic continuum of care, one component upon another, in an integrated and seamless manner.
